  8. The purpose of the proxy server is to allow several networked machines
  9. without 'real' IP addresses to fetch WWW pages and telnet to remote machines
  10. via a single machine with an internet connection.

  12. Or even allow a machine with a permenant internet connection to allow another
  13. machine without a real IP address to connect via modem and request WWW pages
  14. and telnet to remote machines.

  25. This latest release (v0.15) should have sorted out some stability problems,
  26. and now properly honours the maximum number of requests allowed.

  28. A problem with the external network checking has hopefully been sorted out,
  29. and the logging has been altered quite a bit.
